Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and unopened
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used products
• Gift cards
• Sale or promotional items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has shipped, whichever comes first. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned according to this policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
